Our Coaching

A&H GMAC Mentorship Program

Our brokerage carefully selects and trains mentors to help new agents, or agents that wish to be trained in areas of expertise.  The program is growing quite popular at A&H GMAC.  Agents work one on one with mentors, learning everything that they need to learn, to grow a strong and successful real estate practice.

All three of these men were the best in the world at what they did, and all three had coaches every step of the way.

At A&H GMAC Real Estate, we have extensive coaching and mentorship programs.  Programs that were specifically designed to get you up and running quickly, properly, and with the right support.  Examples of some of our coaching and mentorship programs include;

S.W.A.T.T. – Sales Weapons and Tactical Training.  Warning, this program is not for the faint of heart.  It is an intense six week prospecting and business building program designed to get candidates up and running in under thirty days.  You will not believe the success rates of this program.

Business by Referral – This program helps participants understand, develop, and market a powerful, revenue generating, referral-based business. This is a two part program.  In the second stage of the program, agents work one on one with coaches to maximize the opportunities presented by this aspect of their business.
