■ Listen to your needs. We will deliver a service experience based on your needs and desires.

■ Establish clear expectations. We will explain the roles I play in the sale of your home and how we will work together.

■ Commit in writing. We will sign a Service Commitment as my promise to deliver on those expectations.

■ Perform the service. We will deliver on my written commitment.

■ Solicit your feedback. You will be asked to complete a survey which will be used to measure and evaluate the performance of your agent.
